How to Setup eSIM for iOS and Android

• Your device must be eSIM compatible.
• Your device must be carrier-unlocked.
• Internet connection in order to install the eSIM.

Though unlikely, if you happen to run into issues getting data on your device after installing your eSIM, please contact us for assistance. Please do not delete the eSIM from your device and attempt reinstalling it — the eSIM can only be installed once and only on a single device!
